Participation in GooseChase.to scavenger hunts must be conducted in good faith. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate disqualification:

  • Destroying, altering, or tampering with QR codes, clues, or any other game materials.
  • Using unauthorized tools, bots, or automated scripts to complete challenges.
  • Colluding with other participants to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Providing false or misleading information to game administrators.
  • Engaging in any other form of dishonest or deceptive behavior.

GooseChase.to reserves the right to investigate and take action against any suspected cheating, including but not limited to disqualification, suspension, or banning from future events.

5. Participation in Scavenger Hunts

  • Participation in GooseChase.to scavenger hunts is voluntary.
  • By participating, you acknowledge that the prize is subject to change and that GooseChase.to is not responsible for any discrepancies or errors in prize descriptions.
  • You agree to follow all rules and guidelines provided for each scavenger hunt.
  • GooseChase.to reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms or engages in unfair play.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on GooseChase.to, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of GooseChase.to or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without prior written permission.
